Flourless Chocolate Peanut Butter and Oat Bars
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup creamy organic peanut butter
- 1/2 cup PBfit + 6 tbsp water {mixed}
- 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp coconut palm sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup organic rolled oats
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray 8x8 baking dish with coconut oil cooking spray.
- Add peanut butter, PBfit + water mixture, coconut palm sugar, baking soda and sea salt to large bowl, mix until well combined.
- Stir in egg and vanilla, then mix until just combined.
- Add in chocolate chips and organic rolled oats, and stir.
- Add to prepared baking dish, and bake 18-20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
