- 2-4 cups romaine spring mix
- 2-4 cups spinach
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup pecan halves
- 1/2 cup chickpeas {garbanzo beans}
- 1/2 avocado cubed
- 4 slices deli turkey chopped {hormone & antibiotic free}
- 2 oz goat cheese
- Blueberry Pecan Balsamic Vinaigrette
Layer all ingredients in large bowls or plates, dividing the items evenly
