Ingredients

  • 2-4 cups romaine spring mix
  • 2-4 cups spinach
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup pecan halves
  • 1/2 cup chickpeas {garbanzo beans}
  • 1/2 avocado cubed
  • 4 slices deli turkey chopped {hormone & antibiotic free}
  • 2 oz goat cheese
  • Blueberry Pecan Balsamic Vinaigrette

Instructions

  • Layer all ingredients in large bowls or plates, dividing the items evenly, then drizzle with Blueberry Pecan Balsamic Vinaigrette or dressing of choice!
