Baked Sweet Potato with a little salt, pepper and paprika - SO GOOD!

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ½ tbsp coconut oil, melted
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Wash sweet potatoes and cut into long narrow strips or the shape of traditional friend fries or wedges.
  3. Add cut sweet potatoes to large bowl, add coconut oil, salt, pepper and paprika and stir together with hands until fries are well coated.
  4. Spread cut and seasons fries out onto pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove pan from oven, flip fries over and bake for additional 10 minutes or until fries are soft.
  6. Enjoy!
